I purchased a 2016 Acura ILX from Rick Case Acura in 2016. From the beginning I have had NOTHING but problems.

I have gotten no where with the sales manager-Dean Dumetz, the last thing he told me was that I have to deal with the way the car runs because he has done all he could. He even told ME to contact Acura and see if they could fix it. So I asked THE SM-Dean Dumetz how is Acura going to fix my car over the telephone! just ridiculous!

The car runs like a jalopy. While at idle the car vibrates and cycles on and off. When braking, it's like running over small speed bumps to stop. not easy to describe other than soooooo frustrating.

When you put the car in reverse, it's far from a smooth transition.

When accelerating the car skips into gear.

It's just a piece of garbage. I put $20K down and still owe over $9K, this is just unacceptable.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: I want a car that's not a lemon!.

Acura Cons: Certified pre-owned vehicle has been nothing but trouble, Never again, Bad customer service.
