I recently made an appointment with Delray Acura to test drive a new 2023 MDX based on the advertisement I received through social media. The sales representative conducted himself in a professional manner but when it came time to negotiate the terms for a new lease, the finance manager, or representative was very unprofessional, and the numbers that were advertised were no longer on the table, a typical bait and switch tactic. I recently purchased a Cadillac XT five and a Ford explorer from two separate dealerships with absolutely no problems at all. The way this dealership conducted itself has now tainted my opinion of Acura and will no longer be a vehicle that I will consider to purchase or lease now or at any time in the future. User's recommendation: There are other brands that do a far better job
Bought integra from Frank Leta Acura. Traded in a 2022 Prius about three weeks ago. Today I learned that they didnt pay off the Prius loan. I have to make a Prius payment on the 5th and then my first Acura payment. I bought the car late on a Saturday. I made arrangements for tint to be put on later and the salesman said they would detail the car but couldnt since it was late. He said I would be called for an appointment. Never called I called twice. No one would make an appointment. I finally went in and they made the appointment after complaining. Still no detail, no one has called. When I was in the dealership I asked service about scheduling the detail. He said I have nothing to do with that thats sales The sales guys were later talking and it sounds as if there is interdepartmental silos. Couldnt the service guy pick up a phone? I didnt want to go back to sales again. Now have zero trust. Acura corporate said it would take 48 hours to look into. That is the 3rd. Love the car, people at dealership are kind but lack substance. User's recommendation: Do what you say you’ll do.
Prius paid off today Acura corp. assist meswitching dealers since I do not trust the Frank Leta dealership. Want to get car detailed on my own and reimbursed by Frank Leta.
