I received a recall for my 2016 MDX to inspect the automatic transmission fluid warmer. I live 100 miles away from the nearest Acura dealer so I called to ask if my local Honda dealer could do it.

The person I talked with told me they could and gave me a case number. She said I would receive a call from a Case Manager. The Case Manager called this morning and ask me to return her call which I did twice. Both times I've called they tell me she is busy and will call me tomorrow.

I explained that I will be working tomorrow but that I am available today. The assistant said that she will call me tomorrow. This is the second new Acura that I have purchased in the last 3 years.

I never expected this type of poor customer service from Acura. Case number 066 3** **

I am still waiting for reimbursement from Acura. I have faxed all of the documents they requested twice.

I spoke with my case manager after faxing the documents and ask her to call me and let me know if she has everything she needs.

Two days have gone by and I haven't heard from her. Poor customer service!
