My 2018 Acura broke down in Olando Florida (we live in Charleston, SC). Roadside assistance towed it to the nearest dealership in Florida.

We now are fighting to get the car back. Acura says the company they contract with (roadside assistance) is responsible for getting us the car back. Roadside says nope! My car is being held hostage in Florida while the politics are worked out between the 2 companies.

As of Dec 10, the car is now “lost” in the system.

I’ve called and called customer relations, spoken with “Martin” several times who says it’s all my fault (and he’s rude and arrogant). What do I do??????
