I ordered an upgrade navigation dvd and paid 162 dollars and change for it. Acura sent me a defective dvd in 2 days.

It took me overnight to return the product. I asked for a refund of my money and got the run around from acura for almost 4 weeks. Each time i called i was lied to, telling me it was in the mail, they overlooked it, i will get it in seven day which never happen. I had to call my bank and reject the payment inorder to get back my money.

SHAME ON YOU ACURA! Customers should not be treated like dogs. People should be aware and dont order anything from acura. Instead of sympathizing with me the person hang the phone up on me.

SHAME ON YOU ACURA!

TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT! PEOPLE BEWARE!
