Acura - Unreliable!

I recently purchased an RDX 2019. It’s been in and out of the dealership for over 3 months that I’ve had it and now the car has been in the shop for over and month so I’m practically paying for a car I’m not using. I contacted client relations and they refuse to help. It is obviously a lemon car and they’re trying to sweep it under the rug. They said under warranty they must fix it but they have already inconvenienced me multiple times much more now that it’s been in the shop for over a month. I will never get an Acura again.

Acura - Rusted seat tracks on MDX not less than one year.
My colleagues found the rusted seat tracks when they sat on my back seats. This MDX is not even one year old yet. Dealership says; keep your A/C on all the time to control your humidity level in your car. You can use steal wool to remove those rust. Hahaha This is Acura. Don’t even think about this brand. No more Acura in my whole life again My family and colleagues too...

Acura - Customer Care Review

This dealer keep our car for week , we told them we were leaving on a trip if the car is not ready keep the car in till we get back they said they will charge us to hold the car .right before we have leave that same hour they called us to go get the car , if they are not going to pay for our trip they should of had the car ready. Now we have to choose wheather to loose our vacation and money that we paid or have to pay for their gready way to make money.worst customer service ever.
