Acura in Scarsdale, New York - Unreliable!

I recently purchased an RDX 2019. It’s been in and out of the dealership for over 3 months that I’ve had it and now the car has been in the shop for over and month so I’m practically paying for a car I’m not using. I contacted client relations and they refuse to help. It is obviously a lemon car and they’re trying to sweep it under the rug. They said under warranty they must fix it but they have already inconvenienced me multiple times much more now that it’s been in the shop for over a month. I will never get an Acura again.

My colleagues found the rusted seat tracks when they sat on my back seats. This MDX is not even one year old yet. Dealership says; keep your A/C on all the time to control your humidity level in your car. You can use steal wool to remove those rust. Hahaha This is Acura. Don’t even think about this brand. I am still waiting for reimbursement from Acura. I have faxed all of the documents they requested twice.

I spoke with my case manager after faxing the documents and ask her to call me and let me know if she has everything she needs.

Two days have gone by and I haven't heard from her. Poor customer service!

Acura in Baton Rouge, Louisiana - Reason for poor NSX sales.

Well, I owned a 1996 NSX and Loved it. Now I owned my third Ferrari 458 spider . Last week I called McLaren and they pulled out a $390,000 car for me to test drive. I ended up putting a $15,000 deposit and ordered one because of how well it drove. It took the dealer almost an hour to pull the car out. Acura dealership needs to do the same. Provide a demo car for select customers to test drive. Now , here comes the bad news. Last week I spoke with one of the local Acura dealership and I told them I owned a Ferrari so they don't think I am just going for a joy ride. Most Ferrari owners don't have time to waste on Acura. I called and ask specifically if the NSX will be available for a test drive and one of the salesman reassured me it will be available for a test drive. I drove over an hour to the dealership and when I arrived at the dealership I was told I can only see the car. Wow, what a waste of my time. My wife and I have decided to get an NSX due to the $30,000 down payment incentives. We did not want to see the car and buy it based on what we see and not knowing how it drives. We drove home disappointed and wonder why are there about 200 brand new NSX at the dealership and no new Ferrari for sale at the Ferrari dealership. The sales manager was contacted the next day and he was no help either. I must say he was pretty rude. If Acura wants to cater to customers who can afford a $200,000 car , then they should train the salesperson accordingly. You are trying to capture customers from Lamborghini, Ferrari and McLaren . These customers are accustomed to very high level of service. The typical Acura salesman is just not trained to do so. Great review on the NSX and I am sure I would have loved it. But since it is so hard to get a test drive and all this runaround, I guess I will stick with McLaren and Ferrari.

This dealer keep our car for week , we told them we were leaving on a trip if the car is not ready keep the car in till we get back they said they will charge us to hold the car .right before we have leave that same hour they called us to go get the car , if they are not going to pay for our trip they should of had the car ready. Now we have to choose wheather to loose our vacation and money that we paid or have to pay for their gready way to make money.worst customer service ever.
